The taste experience of Droëwors:	Like the Biltong, the Droëwors is an extremely popular South African snack based on the traditional 'Boerewors' spiced with coriander seed. Droëwors, means 'dried sausage' in Afrikaans. It is a delicious dried, cured meat snack infused with mixed herbs and spices. It is full of natural nutrition and flavor. – It contains a lot of protein and is ready to be eaten. The quality meat is slowly dried for about 3 days to obtain the tastiest Droëwors. – During the migration of many Dutch families from the Cape to the interior of South Africa beginning in 1930, DryWorst and Biltong were indispensable foods on their long journey. – The Dutch of that time made a delicious dry sausage and it is high time that we in the Netherlands can also enjoy it!
Storage advice:	Droëwors is a dried meat product and in principle can be stored outside the refrigerator but it is recommended to keep it refrigerated and it then has a limited shelf life.
